Rallying the team.leadership and clients around what you are building can be the inspiring call to action that achieves more than YOU thought possible.once YOU have a realistic path to get there. Apart from those who self-substantiated, all humans who have escaped the Matrix had to have taken a red pill or something similar. Even though the path to success may be fraught with challenges and tough decisions it is important to not lose sight of the vision you are shooting for. Your realism has to be tempered with positivity that the goal can be accomplished. Morpheus then gives him a choice between two pills, one red and one blue, that carry drastically different side effects. How YOU do this is key because keeping yourself (and others) motivated through rough patches is what defines a high performance team. In the scene, The Matrix 's main character Neo, played by John Wick 's legendary Keanu Reeves, approaches an all-knowing man named Morpheus to gain some insight into the world around him. I have always been amazed and impressed by how teams pull together once YOU are transparent about the hill you have to climb. Be The Leader YOU Would Want to Follow. This may mean making tough choices that are unpopular or unpalatable but in the end YOU have to stand up to what YOU know is right. It takes courage to finally admit what no one else could.to fix something that everyone else was "hoping" would simply "be ok". As the saying goes "if it was easy.anyone could do it". Be Prepared to Make (and live with) Tough Decisions.Morpheus, a human awakened to mankinds reality, offers the same enlightenment to Neo, who is still plugged into an illusion. You don't just get to see the truth.call it walk away. In the movie The Matrix, the protagonist, after finding out that he lives in an illusory world, is offered the choice between taking a red pill and continuing to learn about reality or taking a blue pill and returning to an illusion of life. Central to the philosophical edge of The Matrix is the red and blue pill scene. Part of the responsibility of taking the "red pill" is that YOU have to join the rebellion and "fight" along side your teammates to save the day.
